This policy explains what personal data the hospikit.ma website collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers this website only; the data your hotel records in the Hospikit application is covered by your subscription agreement.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the publisher named in the legal notice.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and — if you give them — your phone number, your property's name, type, city and number of rooms, and your message. We also record the language of the page, your IP address and your browser's user agent, to protect the form against abuse.
Why we use it
To answer your request, arrange a demo and follow up on it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, and no longer than three years after our last contact.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, which remembers the language you are reading in. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who sees it
Only the Hospikit team, and the hosting provider named in the legal notice, which stores it on our behalf.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to us at the address in the legal notice.
