Hospikit is a hotel property management system (PMS) built in Morocco. It brings reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, the spa, the restaurant, finance and reports into one web application, all working from the same book of stays.
No. Hospikit runs in a web browser and is hosted in the cloud. Your team signs in from the computers you already have.
English, French and Arabic. Each person chooses their own language, and the Arabic interface is laid out right to left.
No. Plans follow the type of property, from an economy hotel to a five-star resort, and there is a plan made for riads and guest houses. You only get the modules your property runs.
Yes. Police forms (fiches de police) are filled from the guest's file and listed in a report. Identity document numbers are masked and revealed one at a time through a logged request.
Yes. The city tax report shows the rate, the number of guest-nights and the total due, and explains how it is counted.
Yes. Accounts are kept in dirhams, and the currency exchange desk records foreign currency with its countervalue in dirhams.
Hospikit keeps all your channels — Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, GDS and agencies — with their commission and allotment, and shows each one's share of your revenue. An automatic two-way connection through a channel manager is on the roadmap; today, channel bookings are entered in the reservation book.
Yes. Seven roles — from administrator to maintenance technician — decide which modules each person opens, and the permission matrix can be adjusted. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
Yes. Team chat has a channel per department and direct messages, with photos, PDF attachments, reactions and replies, live.
Yes. Every hotel's data is isolated: an account belongs to one establishment and can only read that establishment's records.
No. Hospikit records that a card guarantee was given, with its last four digits and expiry month. There is no field for a full card number.
Password rules, lock-out after repeated failures and session lifetime are set by the hotel and enforced at sign-in. A sign-in journal records successes, failures and lock-outs.
It depends on the plan, the number of rooms and the number of user accounts. Request a quote and we will send you one after a short conversation about your property.
