Police forms without the paper
Filled from the guest's file, listed in a report, and document numbers that stay masked until someone with a reason asks.

Every guest needs a fiche de police. At a busy desk it is the form most likely to be filled late, copied wrong or left in a drawer. In Hospikit it is part of the stay.
Filled from the guest's file
The identity the form needs — name, nationality, document type and number — lives in the guest's file. The form reads it from there, so it is typed once, at the desk, and reused on the next visit.
Listed in one report
Each reservation shows whether its police form is done. The reports gather them for the period, ready when they are asked for.
Numbers that stay private
Passport and identity numbers are stored encrypted. On screen they are masked; revealing one is a deliberate request, made one record at a time, and every request is written to the audit log with who made it and when.
