One book of stays

Why every department reads the same reservation — and what stops two screens from disagreeing.

The room planning board, every room and every night
The room planning board, every room and every night

In many hotels each department keeps its own list: the desk has the bookings, housekeeping has a sheet, the spa has a diary and accounting has its spreadsheet. Every list is a copy, and copies drift.

Entered once

In Hospikit a stay is entered once, at reservations or at the desk. Every other module reads that same stay: housekeeping sees the departure, the spa books against the room, the folio collects the charges, the reports count the night.

Nothing invents what the book already says

A room's status comes from the stays in it. An invoice's total is the sum of the folio it closes. Because nothing is typed twice, two screens cannot tell two stories about the same night.

Each team, its own view

One book does not mean one screen for everyone. Seven roles decide who opens what, so the head housekeeper sees rooms and tasks, the accountant sees money, and both are looking at the same hotel.
